October 12th Board Working Session Cancelled
The Board of Directors completed a thorough review and discussion of the 2018 Draft Budget presented by the Budget and Finance Committee during the scheduled working session on October 11th. Therefore, the October 12th working session is not needed and has been cancelled.
The Board of Directors will discuss the 2018 Draft Budget during the October 25th Board Meeting. This meeting is open to all residents and will begin at 9:30am in the Grand Hall of the clubhouse. Once the Board approves the 2018 Draft Budget, it will be posted on the website, and in the clubhouse as well as in the mail pavilion for Member review and comment.
The November 3rd JAVA hour is dedicated for the Board of Directors’ presentation of the 2018 Draft Budget with a question and answer session. You are highly encouraged to attend this presentation as it will be the most thorough presentation before the Board approves the 2018 Budget.
The Board of Directors will approve the 2018 Budget during their November 29th Board Meeting. A copy of the Approved 2018 Budget will be mailed to all Association Members immediately following the approval along with a cover letter introducing the 2018 monthly assessment.
Please try to attend the November 3rd JAVA presentation to gain first hand knowledge of the 2018 Draft Budget. The JAVA will be held in the Grand Hall at 10:00 am, Friday, November 3, 2017.
